No injuries were reported when a Bradford Area School District bus struck a sport-utility vehicle at 7:44 a.m. Tuesday in Bradford.
Bradford City Police said a school bus driven by Susan M. Ostrum, 52, of 9 Sleepy Hollow Lane, Bradford, was making a left-hand turn from School Street onto North Bennett Street, when it struck an SUV driven by Mary M. Ross, 55, of 92 Meadow Lane, Bradford, which was stopped at a stop sign on North Bennett Street.
Eight students between the ages of 13 and 17 were on the bus at the time of the crash, police reported.
The bus sustained minor damage, while the SUV sustained disabling damage and had to be towed from the scene, according to police.
Police did not indicate that any charges would be filed in the crash.
