It’s Halloween! For those who venture forth in costumes, seeking goodies as payment for avoiding shenanigans, trick-or-treat hours are planned throughout the region. Trick or treating is 6 to 7:30 tonight in the City of Bradford, Bradford Township and Foster Township; and in Lewis Run Borough, Otto Township, Mount Jewett Borough and Smethport Borough. Also tonight, trick or treating in Eldred Borough will be from 6 to 8 p.m., and in Kane Borough and Port Allegany Borough, it is from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
