Bradford Regional Medical Center, Olean General to host ConnectLife blood drives
OLEAN, N.Y. — Bradford (Pa.) Regional Medical Center (BRMC) and Olean General Hospital (OGH), Kaleida Health facilities, will host April community blood drives in partnership with ConnectLife. OGH will host its blood drive from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 23 on the ConnectLife Bus, at the Mildred Milliman Outpatient Surgery Center, directly across from the hospital. A single pint of donated blood can save up to three lives in our local community, representatives said. During April, all donors will receive a Buffalo Sabres t-shirt. Walk-ins are welcome for those who cannot pre-register. February drives at BRMC and OGH collected enough donations to help save 105 local lives. ConnectLife provides approximately 70% of the region’s blood supply, supporting essential local hospitals including Bradford Regional Medical Center, Brooks-TLC Health Network, ECMC, Oishei Children’s Hospital, Buffalo General Hospital, Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, Eastern Niagara Hospital and Olean General Hospital.
