MOUNT JEWETT — A hands-on Project WILD workshop for educators is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Kinzua Bridge State Park.
Participants will receive the updated K-12 Curriculum & Activity Guide which now offers STEM activity extensions, field investigation activities, a WILD WORK career section and Outdoor Components.
There is a cost of $15, which is payable upon registration. Six PA Act 48 hours are available. Participants need to provide their PPID number.
There will be a networking lunch, where participants should bring their own brown bag lunch and drink. Dress in layers, as some of the lessons will be outside. Wear appropriate footwear.
