Attention chili cooks and connoisseurs, St. Bernard will host its chili contest 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Galina Social Hall.
Entrants can register by calling the St. Bernard Parish office at (814) 362-6825, or simply by dropping off a Crock-Pot of chili between 3 and 4:30 p.m. Hospitality management students from the University of Pittsburgh and their instructor, Lynette Campogiani, will judge chilis in three categories, Traditional, Non-traditional and Hot & Spicy.
