SMETHPORT — Following a one-day jury trial in McKean County Court, Bradford man Michael Winston was convicted of indecent exposure.

District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reported that Winston, 57, was charged by Bradford City Police in June for exposing himself to a female and asking her to have sex with him.

Winston, who was represented by the public defender’s office, will be sentenced Feb. 27.

Assistant District Attorney Greg Henry prosecuted the case on behalf of the Commonwealth.
