PORT ALLEGANY — In a North Tier League showdown, Otto-Eldred handed Port Allegany its first NTL loss of the season, 45-36.
The win also earned them a split of the season series, as Port Allegany won the first meeting, 46-37.
The two teams are now even in the loss column in league play, as Otto-Eldred raced out to a 25-12 halftime lead en route to the win. Rayel Hakes led a balanced Lady Terrors’ effort with 11 points, while Carrie Drummond had nine points and Baylee Francis and Ayla VanScoter had eight apiece.
Ella Moses had 16 points for Port Allegany, while Brynn Evens added seven and Peyton Gordon six. Moses also had six rebounds and five steals, while Evens had seven rebounds and five assists and Gordon eight rebounds. Jenna Renner added five points.
COUDERSPORT 66, SMETHPORT 7
COUDERSPORT — Olivia Fink had 19 points as Coudersport picked up a 66-7 win over Smethport.
Saige Fox added 11 points for Coudersport, while Laney Stimaker had nine and Laura Dunn eight.
Jenna Goodman had three points for Smethport.
NORTHERN POTTER 44, AUSTIN 24
ULYSSES — Emma Haynes connected for 17 points as Northern Potter picked up a 44-24 NTL win over Austin.
Lily Steele had 14 points in the win for NoPo.
Lilly Clinger had nine points and Isabella Rees had nine and eight points respectively for Austin, while six steals and three blocks, Rees seven rebounds, three blocks and two steals and Kadence McKerinan six rebounds.
