SMETHPORT — A meeting of the McKean and Potter Local Interagency Coordinating Council will be held at 10 a.m. Dec. 18 at the Seneca Highlands Intermediate Unit 9 building.

The agenda includes a spotlight on the Parents as Teachers program, a discussion of Child-find activities, program updates and changes and transition, as well as a family fun activity and information on upcoming training.
