The Bradford Ecumenical Home is planning to hold several activities in celebration of National Skilled Nursing Care Week.
Throughout the entire second week of May, activities will be held for residents and their families at the Bradford Ecumenical Home and Chapel Ridge Location at 100 Saint Francis Drive in Bradford.
These events will include; a Mother’s Day event for residents and their guests to decorate flower pots and plant flowers will be held on Sunday, May 8 from 1:30 to 4 p.m.
There are several scheduled activities set for Monday, May 9, which include a State Fair Animal Show at 10 a.m., an ice cream trip at 1:30 p.m., an Eight Card Game also at 1:30 p.m. and a Fish in a Bag craft planned for 6:30 p.m.
On Tuesday, May 10 the day’s events will feature a Virtual State Fair Tour at 10 a.m., Carnival Fun and Games at 1:30 p.m. and a Cotton Candy Art craft planned for 6:30 p.m.
Wednesdays events will include Top 50 Fair Foods at 10 a.m., the Glen Colton Music Show at 1:45 p.m. and a Lucky Dice Game at 6:30 p.m.
Events will continue on Thursday, beginning with Art Class at 10 a.m., an Ice Cream Patio Social at 1:30 p.m. and then a Fair Wheel of Fortune Game will be held at 6:30 p.m.
On Friday, May 13 the day will begin with a Chicken Dance Day at 10 a.m. and continue with a Minute to Win It Game Show at 1:30 p.m.
On the final day of celebrations, Saturday, May 14 the Ecumenical Home will host Bingo at 1:30 p.m. and a Pass the Pig Game at 6:30 p.m.
