As the election nears, I in all my years cannot remember one that has been so brutally battled. It seems that it is a “popularity” contest instead of an election that is supposed to put We the People in their interest of helping us and our country.

It’s a shame that abortion seems to be the main focus in the Democratic Party instead of the border, inflation, military, wars and just We the People in general. It burns me that a woman or even a man doesn’t take a precautionary measure to prevent an unwanted pregnancy. I am old-school and it seems that dignity, morals and just plain respect for oneself is no more. An unborn life is still a life and if there is a heartbeat why is abortion not considered murder?

I could never vote for dimwit Kamala Harris. She has no class or character. So many will vote for her because she is a Black woman and they just hate Donald Trump. That is NO reason. She can’t even answer a question, just gibberish no one understands — or just blame blame Trump for everything. And Tim Walz, he looks like a scared rabbit under pressure.

Is Trump perfect? No! But he has We the People and our country in his best interests. Like he said, he didn’t want to run but our country is in dire need of leadership. He’s right.

God bless our country and people — and God help us all if Harris wins. We are headed to be a communist country. Government control is not in the best interest. I’m afraid for all our small businesses and jobs that are no longer here.

Think carefully and wisely when you vote and put hatred aside and choose the one you truly believe will help our country.

God bless America and anyone who is struggling through this mess that happened in less than years.
