DUBOIS — Despite a 27-7 loss to DuBois in their season finale on Thursday, Fretz still finished a successful 2024 season with a record of 6-2.
The Owls actually scored first, with Jaron Lohrman connecting with Max Gow on a 75-yard touchdown pass. Both players had strong games, as Lohrman also kicked an extra point and had two passes defensed and two tackles on defense, with Gow putting up the same defensive numbers. Gow also had five receptions for 86 yards.
Bentley Evans carried 13 times for 53 yards for the Owls, while also collecting four tackles and two sacks on defense. Also for Fretz defensively, Derek Dixon and Mason Thomas had one hurry each.
