North Central Pennsylvania: Workforce Solutions for North Central PA, in collaboration with its Childcare Advisory Committee members and PA CareerLink®, announced two upcoming childcare information sessions planned regionally.
Events are scheduled for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. both Oct. 22 at the McKean County PA CareerLink®, 40 Davis St. in Bradford and Oct. 24 at the Clearfield County at DuBois PA CareerLink®, 602 W. DuBois Ave.
These events are designed to connect job seekers with employment and training opportunities in the childcare field. Training providers, childcare centers, and resource agencies will be on-hand to discuss the various career paths available in early childhood development and education. Attendees will learn about the rewards of working with young children and the critical role they can play in a child’s development, particularly during the first five years of life — an essential period for learning and growth.
