Anyone interested in learning how to play chess, or in improving their chess game, is invited to take part in the Bradford Knights’ Chess Club. All students in grades three through 12 are invited to join the scholastic chess program.

The annual Bradford Businessmen’s Chess League will begin Nov. 6 and run through March 12. Adults are also welcome.

Many activities are scheduled, including pizza parties, matches and tournaments. The Pennsylvania State Scholastic Championships are scheduled for March 28 to 30. On Nov. 6, the group will hold its annual rapid chess championship. The season will end March 12 with a pizza party and awards.
