WILCOX — Bendigo State Park swimming pool will be open 5 days a week until Aug. 16.
The pool will re-open on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1 and close for the season on Sept. 1.
The pool will remain closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure adequate staffing levels on the days when visitation is at its highest. Additional swimming opportunities in the area can be found at Chapman State Park located in Clarendon and Sizerville State Park in Emporium.
Park staff will continue to recruit additional lifeguard staff for the 2025 season. Interested lifeguard candidates are asked to contact the park office at Kinzua Bridge State for more information on how to apply.
