The Fireside Pumpers of the Penn Brad Oil Museum will meet on Monday, for a breakfast meeting at the Derrick City Diner, 563 Derrick Road, Bradford.
Attendees will individually order off the menu beginning at 8 a.m., with cash being preferred over credit cards.
The program will begin at 8:30 a.m. with Carolyn Stroup, who will present an illustrated explanation of the Mount Jewett to Kinzua Bridge Trail (the MJ2KB). This trail won the state’s “Trail of the Year” award in 2023. The sponsor for this event is Worth W. Smith Company, and the public is invited and encouraged to attend.
Note the time/place/date changes from past Fireside Pumpers meetings. The group will now meet each third Monday of the month at 8 a.m. at the Derrick City Diner from April through November.
