COUDERSPORT — A nine-run inning from the Otto-Eldred softball team sunk Coudersport as the Lady Terrors finished their regular season at 15-3.
Starting off the game with three walks that loaded the bases, back-to-back singles from Carrie Drummond and Kate Rhinehart gave O-E a 3-0 cushion early. Two errors and a walk later and the gap grew to seven. Rounding out the big first frame, the Lady Terrors loaded the bases before driving in two more runs with another error and a sacrifice grounder from Kyla Andreano.
Unable to get past their fifth batter in the lineup, the Lady Falcons failed to muster any momentum in response. With the loss, Coudy falls to 6-10.
Drummond and Rhinehart both tallied a run scored and two RBIs a piece, with Drummond going 2-for-3 at the plate and her counterpart ended 2-for-4. For the Lady Falcons, Sierra Myers, Laura Dunn and Ciarra Davis all recorded hits throughout the loss.

PORT ALLEGANY — The Lady Panthers showcased their North Allegany League supremacy with back-to-back wins over Port, sealing their spot atop the rankings.
In Game 1, NoPo got off to an early lead, scoring four runs within the first six batters with the help of frequent Lady Gators miscues. Their eight-run first inning was capped off by a homerun from Lillian Steele. With Port unable to stop the bleeding, the Lady Panthers drove in runs in every inning, dominating in enemy territory. Port’s two scores came from an Emily Errick single that drove in Kendra Bell and Madison Errick.
Steele would finish 1-for-2 with three RBIs and two runs scored, while Myah Kibbe ended 1-for-3 with a pair of RBIs and one run scored.
The Lady Panthers also took care of business with a lop-sided win in Game 2, nearly shutting out Port.
