EVAN ELMORE is a senior who started in the Electrical Occupations program during his sophomore year. During his junior and senior years, Elmore did co-op at Bradford Forest Products.
While there, he works in the maintenance department performing different tasks around the plant to keep it up and running.
“My favorite part about working at Bradford Forest Products is my co-workers. They are great guys,” Elmore said.
After graduation, Elmore plans to join the IBEW Local 5 Union with an electrical apprenticeship.

CONNER SCHUSTER is a senior in the Electrical Occupations program. Schuster splits his co-op time between two employers.
Some hours are spent at Mac’s Welding. While there, Schuster fabricates and welds car and truck frames along with other steel structures. He is also employed at HMS Technical Development doing electrical maintenance.
“My favorite part about doing co-op is that I gain experience doing all kinds of work,” Schuster said.
After graduation, he plans to work full time at Mac Welding.

KIARA HOGUE is a senior in the Marketing program. For her co-op placement, she works at the YMCA as a marketing intern.
At work, Hogue assists with program registration and coordinates with marketing efforts to maximize enrollments.
“My favorite part about working at the YMCA has been all the friendships that I have made with the members. Working there has really helped me come out of my shell and feel more comfortable talking to people.”
After graduation, she plans to attend the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford for early education with a minor in marketing.
