JOHNSONBURG — Sara Ely led an offensive outburst for Kane with five RBIs in a 19-4, five-inning win over Johnsonburg.
Kane scored in every inning, including six runs each in both the second and fifth frames.
Cadence Carlson-Maybury also had a hit and four RBIs for Kane.
Also for the Lady Wolves, Kylie Iak was 2-for-4 with four runs, Leah Tigani 3-for-5 with five runs and three RBIs, Elizabeth Yasurek 2-for-4 with two RBIs and two runs and Hailee Sheaffer 1-for-3 with an RBI.
Tigani got the win, allowing four runs in five innings on seven hits, striking out eight and walking four.
Shelby Sorg was 1-for-3 with two RBIs for Johnsonburg, while Josie Gerber was 1-for-3 with an RBI, Zoe Grunthaner 2-for-2 with a run and Natalie Dunworth 1-for-3 with two runs.
Dana Beimel took the loss, allowing 19 runs (five earned) in five innings on 11 hits, striking out two and walking 10.

MT. JEWETT — A six-run rally in the sixth inning helped Kane to a 10-8 win over Johnsonburg.
The Wolves trailed 8-4 going into the inning, and got the scoring started on an RBI single from Kane Scarba, which was followed by Preston Darr being hit by a pitch with the bases loaded, a two-run double from Dane Anderson to tie the game at 8-8 and finally a two-run single from Isaya Miller that gave them the 10-8 lead.
Miller finished with three RBIs, while Anderson, Scarba and Eric Novosel had two each.
Phinn Chamberlain got the win in relief, going four innings and allowing two runs (one earned) on four hits, striking out four and walking two.
Eric Hoffman drove in two runs for Johnsonburg, while Luke Zimmerman was 2-for-2 with three runs scored, Derek Beimel was 1-for-3 with an RBI and two runs scored, Rocco Delhunty had three hits and Isaiah Jackson was 1-for-2 with two runs scored.
Jackson took the loss, allowing seven runs (six earned) in 3 2/3 innings on 10 hits, striking out two and walking two.
