UNIVERSITY PARK — Owners of horses and horse farms may be interested in learning more about effective deworming schedules at the Equine Parasite Workshop, set 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 16 at the Mercer County office of Penn State Extension, 463 N. Perry Highway in Mercer.
Workshop attendees will learn about parasite life cycles, resistance to dewormers, and drug classes and management strategies.
