Customers of Penelec in the Duke Center area were without power for about four hours Thursday afternoon.
Penelec spokesman Todd Meyers said, “The cause of the outage was a piece of equipment that failed on a pole along Oil Valley Road, Duke Center. The outage began at 1 p.m. and all 440 customers were restored at 4:52 p.m.”
