The Episcopal Church of the Ascension, 26 Chautauqua Place, will offer an Evensong service at 4 p.m. Sunday.
The 30-minute sung service will be followed by a 30-minute holiday concert by The Keynote Chorus – a community singing group comprising professional and non-professional musicians from across the southern tier of New York and northern tier of Pennsylvania. The evening will conclude with a reception in the parish hall. The service, concert and reception are free and open to the public.
An offering will be taken to benefit Father Isaac’s Foundation, a 501c(3) public charity foundation based in Niagara Falls, N.Y., which funds a clinic and conducts medical missions in Nigeria.
