VETERANS: Veterans Day is coming up, and Bradford Publishing Co. is putting out a call to readers to share their veteran’s story and photos with us for a special section honoring those who have served.
The service can be at any point in time, and does not have to be during a war or in a combat area. All veterans’ stories and photos are welcome. Include as much information as is known about a veteran’s service, like when and where they served, their job, their duties — and what they did when they got back.

We would ask that folks don’t mail in their only copy of a treasured photo. Bring it to the office after 10 a.m. on weekdays; we can scan it and return it immediately.
When sending in a submission, please include a phone number so a reporter may contact you for further questions. We will accept submissions until Oct. 25.
