KANE — Join the Kane Area Community Center for their annual Election Day Soup Luncheon. For a cost of $5 individuals can enjoy unlimited soup tastings, dessert and beverage.
Individuals with an “I Voted” sticker will receive two soup voting tickets, one will be provided without the sticker. Last year Logyard Brewing won the traveling trophy, will they hold onto it this year, or will it be stolen?
New this year, the community center will be selling leftover soup from 1 p.m. until it is gone for $5 per pint.
Participating establishments include: the Eagles Club, Elks Club, Logyard, Peking Wok, Pepe’s, Table 105, Texas Hot and Twisted Vine.
All proceeds will benefit the Kane Chamber of Commerce.
