LETCHWORTH: A press release received recently caught our attention and we had to share it.
The Wyoming County’s 46th Annual 2022 Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show and Sale in Perry Village is happening from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 8 and 9, and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 10.
What a wonderful way to spend the holiday weekend.
Now ranked number twelve in the entire U.S. under the category of classic and contemporary art festivals, this show continues to attract a large audience as it is considered a prime family-friendly destination. And this year, no masks are required.
Over 200 artisans will display their wares in the beautiful picturesque Perry park with ample resting and eating areas in open and intimate spaces, food vendors, live entertainment, and other fun activities for the entire family.
Plenty of items will be on display for all your gift-giving needs: pottery, paintings, fiber arts, handcrafted jewelry, photography, furniture, decorative painting, dried floral arrangements, packaged specialty foods, and the list goes on. There are 83 days until you know what.
The event is free to attend, however, there is a $10 charge for parking and shuttle service.
Perry Village Park is located at 120 Lake St, Perry, N.Y. That is only three miles from the Perry Entrance to Letchworth State Park and one mile from Silver Lake. Even more family fun activities for a fall day.
The Arts Council for Wyoming County (ACWC) and its event partners, the Perry Firemen and Perry Rotary Club are thrilled to welcome the public back, and hope to see many attend this beautiful event along their tree-filled community that captures the charm and beauty of autumn in the Genesee Valley region.
