The Hilltop Baptist Church, 3658 Route 646, in Gifford, wants to help area residents get their affairs in order.

The public is invited to attend free workshops, each starting promptly at 7 p.m. on the following dates:

•October 6: Estate Planning and Probate,

•October 13: Veterans services,

•October 20: Funeral Planning,

•October 27: Extended Care Services,

and ending November 3: Getting Your Finances In Order.

Simply put these workshops intend to present information regarding estate planning, legal documents like Power of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, Long Term Care Insurance and Probate; end of life decisions and what our last wishes actually are; information on what happens if you go into a nursing home; and a presentation on Medicare.
