The 2022 three-day Labor Day weekend W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery company shoot is fast approaching.
This Amateur Trapshooting Association registered shoot will feature 100 each of singles, handicap and doubles targets on Saturday. On Sunday, the 200 championship singles will be presented, and on Monday, there will be 100 handicap targets followed by 50 pairs of Doubles targets.
The kitchen will open at 8 a.m. each day, the office at 9 a.m. and the day’s first event will begin at 10 a.m.
On Sunday, after the singles championship is concluded, there will be a live Calcutta auction for Monday’s Handicap event. There is a supply of shells available for sale while supplies last.
Purchases will be limited to the number of targets that the shooter has cashiered for. On Sept. 25, Bradford Gun Club will hold its final ATA registered trap shoot of the year.
Also, the William Hanley Sr. Lodge #67 Fraternal Order of Police will hold its Fall Ironman shoot on Oct. 2. Turkey shoots will be held Oct. 23, Oct. 30, Nov. 6 and Nov. 13.
