Rotary District 7280, which the Rotary Club of Bradford is a member club, will be awarding Academic Scholarships to college students which can be applied to tuition for either their sophomore, junior or senior year as well as study abroad or postgraduate studies, however, preference will be given to undergraduate studies.
The scholarship, which can be up to $5,000, is based upon financial need, academic achievement and community service activities of the applicant. Students are only eligible for one scholarship award. To be eligible for the “Servant Leader” scholarship: Students must be permanent residents of District 7280 and be completing or have completed the first semester of their sophomore year. Students must be in good academic standing; provide the most recent academic transcript; show evidence of being involved in at least three (3) community service activities. Applicants must also submit a resume which lists involvement and leadership in school and community activities and include a cover letter explaining how these activities relate to the Rotary Motto of “Service Above Self.”

Applications are due at the district by October 31, 2022.
