The Penn-York junior golf series concluded Monday with a stop at Bartlett Country Club in Olean, New York. Spencer Cornelius of Pennhills won the John Forrest “Most Outstanding Golfer” title with a scoring average of 70.75 for the season. Curtis Barner of Kane, who was the overall Division 1 points leader for the season, also won Kevin Forrest Memorial Trophy.
