Nature has been something to marvel at since the beginning of time and today is the day to honor its beauty through the art of photography.
Nature is all around us so you can take part in the celebration of Nature Photography Day from wherever you happen to find yourself today. Step outside with whatever equipment you have — a cellphone, point and shoot or DSLR camera — and find a spot with unique, or just simply bright lighting, angle the camera lens at your intended subject and shoot away!
If you are having a hard time finding a worthy subject to photograph, think about this; Will this photo make the person looking at it feel something? Or pick a subject that invokes a special feeling for you.
Life can keep us overwhelmingly busy at times, so it can be hard to appreciate our surroundings; today is the day to stop and “smell the roses,” and grab a neat photo while doing so!
