SMETHPORT — The weekly meeting of TAKE OFF POUNDS SENSIBLY #623 met on Tuesday evening with weigh-ins at the East Smethport United Christian Church. Weigh-ins were between 4 and 4:30 p.m. and the meeting began at 4:30 p.m. Nine members weighed in with a total loss of 8.8 pounds. The goal for TOPS #623 member’s this week is to do more exercise this week.
