The weekly meeting of TAKE OFF POUNDS SENSIBLY #623 met on Tuesday evening with weigh-ins at the East Smethport United Christian Church. Nine members weighed in with a total loss of 10.2 pounds. The best loser was Gail.

TOPS #623 members are to stay away from sweets after dinner. Kathy led chair exercise to music.

Members were invited by President Ami to come to the Senior Center and walk for National Walking Day on Wednesday.
