Traffic stop leads to possible drug charges

LEWIS RUN — During a routine traffic stop by Pennsylvania State Police, Lewis Run on Route 155 near Roosevelt Avenue in Liberty Township, March 22, James Kazisk, 52, of Port Allegany was arrested for drug possession.

Kazisk’s truck had been stopped for a summary traffic violation, but upon further investigation, officers located a controlled substance in the vehicle.

Charges will be filled in District Court.
