LIBRARY LOVERS MONTH. Yes. February, although it is almost at an end, is National Library Lovers Month. Feb. is dedicated to the people who love the buildings, halls and rooms which house numerous collections of books, books, and more books.
For those book lovers who spend more time with textbooks than fiction rather than people, Brainly has compiled a list of seven vocabulary words that can be used to describe a fellow book enthusiast.
Bibliophile — (Noun) A person who collects many books or has a great appreciation for books.
Biblioklept — (Noun) Someone who actually steals books! The term “book-thief” works as well.
Bookarazzi — (Noun) A book lover who excitedly takes photos of the books they read and posts them online.
Readultery — (Noun) Yes, you read that correctly. Readultery is when a book lover cheats on one book by reading another book simultaneously.
Bibliobibuli — (Noun) You’re probably thinking “book bully,” but no, this would simply be a person who reads too much.
Scrollmate — (Noun) Have you ever fallen in love with a book? Well, the author of that story is very much your “scrollmate!”
Shelfriteous — (Adjective) The feeling of superiority about one’s bookshelf.
