Bradford City Police responded to a report of an alleged robbery at the Chestnut Street Uni Mart in Bradford Sunday evening.

Scanner reports indicated the clerk called at 7:54 p.m. to report that an approximately 30-year-old man wearing a blue jacket, white mask and a hat robbed the store, exited the building with a green bag containing money and was last seen heading up Elm Street toward High Street. The individual was possibly known to the employee.

Emergency personnel were also requested to the location for patient evaluation, according to emergency dispatch.

Scanner reports indicated that police searched the area and later determined the person of interest got into a vehicle.

Later, reports indicated police spotted the suspect vehicle and, following a vehicle chase and a foot chase, one male was taken into custody.
