MOUNT JEWETT — Join the park naturalist on an enjoyable hike on the General Kane Trail for the First Day Hike at noon on Jan. 1, 2022. Dress for the weather and meet in the overflow parking lot near the trailhead. Please wear an orange vest and hat as part of the trail is open to hunting.
The Kinzua Bridge State Park is hosting a Tree Identification Hike at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2022. This is a walk along the General Kane Trail to identify a variety of trees along the way. Dress for the weather and meet in the overflow parking lot near the trailhead.
Join staff of the Kinzua Bridge State Park for a Winter Day Walk at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2022. This is a short walk around the main park area to take in the beautiful scenery. Dress for the weather and meet in front of the visitor center.
