Retirement costs for Pa. school districts, taxpayers will continue to increase

HARRISBURG (TNS) — Pennsylvania’s public schools’ retirement cost crisis is still a raging fire consuming billions of dollars of taxpayer dollars a year, but at least it’s stopped growing.
