WARREN — The Bradford Barracudas swim team finished fourth place out of 11 teams at the Warren Invitational on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021.
The team had 21 swimmers between the ages of 9-17 years old. The 15-18 girls finished second overall in their age group and the 9-10 boys finished third overall in theirs. Laryssa Webster finished in the top three in high point for 15-18 girls and placed third overall.
The following swimmers finished in the top three at the meet.
Aged 9-10 year olds Micah Johnson 1st 100 freestyle, 200 Freestyle relay, 3rd 50 freestyle; Kael Riekofsky 3rd 100 IM, 50 Backstroke; Olivia Rhoades 1st 200 Freestyle Relay; Lila Glasgow 1st 200 Freestyle Relay; Addie Terwilliger 1st 200 Freestyle Relay.
Aged 11-12 year olds Landon Johnson 1st 200 Medley Relay, 3rd 50 Backstroke, 200 IM; Blake Randall-Klouw 1st 200 Medley Relay, 3rd 200 Freestyle Relay; Gianna Glasgow 1st 200 Medley Relay, 3rd 200 Freestyle Relay; Reagan Deibler 3rd 200 Freestyle Relay; Samantha Vecchio 1st 200 Medley Relay; Joanna Darush 3rd 200 Freestyle Relay.
Aged 13-14 year olds Eli Voss 2nd 100 Backstroke; Coral Tronetti 3rd 200 IM, 200 Freestyle Relay; Kennedy Ewing 3rd 200 Freestyle Relay; Siena Nagle 3rd 200 Freestyle Relay.
Aged 15-18 year olds Webster 2nd 200 IM, 100 backstroke, 1st 50 Freestyle, 100 Freestyle; Bella Rhoades 3rd 200 IM, 100 Backstroke; Peyton Haight 2nd 100 Breaststroke.
Micah Johnson and Randall-Klouw qualified for the western Pa. district meet in March. Their inclusion brings Bradford to six competitors at the meet. The Barracudas next dual meet for the NW Pa. swim league will be on Dec. 4.
