EMPORIUM — The Barbara Moscato Brown Memorial Library is once again holding its Holiday Book Gifting program. Requests and donations will be accepted through Dec. 11.
The library will be accepting monetary donations from members of the community to go towards the purchase of new books for children and teens of the area. To donate, stop by the Memorial Library to purchase an ‘ornament’ for $2, $5, $10 or $20 to go towards the purchase of a book.
Individuals interested in having a book gifted to their child, or children, this holiday season, should fill out the form, from www.barbaramoscatobrownlibrary.org, located in the ‘Library Programs’ section. Completed forms can be submitted online or dropped off at the Memorial Library or the Cameron County Rehabilitation Center.
Some of this year’s books will be distributed at the Cameron County Rehabilitation (CCR) Center during the UF-Oh Christmas Tree event on Dec. 3. Individuals submitting requests for books who would like to pick theirs up during the event should submit forms to the CCR Center or Memorial Library no later than Nov. 27.
