JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – Children aged 3-8 years old are invited to learn about Seeds, Nuts and Berries with the Audubon Little Explorers group on Saturday, Sept. 11 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Audubon Community Nature Center at 1600 Riverside Road.
After a short lesson, learning more about the many shapes and sizes of seeds, participants will go outside to explore and look for different kinds of seeds and figure out how they move or if they are used by animals.
A snack will be provided for participants after the hike and a craft is offered if there is time. There is a program fee of $8 for adults and $6 for children aged 3 to 8-years-old and Nature Center members.
