WILCOX — The Kinzua Bridge State Park Complex will offer a series of free kayak programs from the Instanter Boat Launch at Elk State Park this September.
The programs will occur on the first three Sundays of September and each will run from noon to 2 p.m. Registration is required as the park has a limited number of kayaks for participants to use on a first come, first served basis. Participants must be 18 years or older to attend and can register by calling Kinzua Bridge State Park at (814) 778-5467.
