Money and collectibles stolen from Potter County residence
COUDERSPORT — Coudersport-based state police are looking for more information regarding a theft that occurred at a Commercial Street residence in Genesee Township, Potter County.
According to the police report, at 11:46 p.m. on Thursday, PSP-Coudersport was dispatched to a Commercial Street residence for a report of a burglary. Upon arriving on the scene, it was discovered the residence was broken into and a large sum of U.S. currency was removed from a safe, along with two collectible coins.

Charges filed after one-vehicle crash in Keating Township
COUDERSPORT — A Port Allegany man is facing charges following a one-vehicle crash on Saturday night on Route 155, Potter County, Keating Township.
According to Coudersport-based state police, a truck driven by Michael J. Carinci, 43, was traveling north on Route 155, and while attempting to negotiate a left-hand curve in the roadway, the truck traveled off the right side of the roadway, traveled up an embankment and then overturned, rolling counterclockwise.
The truck sustained disabling damage and was towed after being located away from the scene, according to police.
Moderate injuries were reported and Carinci was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash.
Carinci is facing charges related to leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in injury.
