A Bradford man was sent to McKean County Jail following an arraignment Tuesday for alleged threats toward a woman in May.
Timothy Reedus-Gilyard, 28, of Kiwanis Court, is charged with terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor, criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct, all summary offenses.
According to the criminal complaint, on May 31, police were dispatched to Kiwanis Court for a domestic incident. The victim met police in the parking lot and said she had been at Reedus-Gilyard’s residence with her children when he struck her. She and the children returned to her residence, and he came to her window, said he was going to throw a brick through the window and then smashed it out. He also told her “you’re dying tonight,” the complaint alleged.
He was arraigned before District Judge Dom Cercone and remanded to jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 11.
