A Bradford man was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Dominic Cercone on allegations that he told a woman on the street he was going to kill the security guard at the Bushnell Street Apartments.
Christopher P. Straneva, 57, of 2 Bushnell St., Apt. 401, is charged with one count of terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor; as well as a summary charge of disorderly conduct.
