Smethport Area Elementary School will be the site of a Family COVID-19 vaccine clinic for those age 12 and older on June 29.
The clinic is a collaborative effort between Bradford Regional Medical Center and McKean County and will be providing a first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The clinic will be held between 8 and 11 a.m.

Currently, Pennsylvania ranks fifth out of the nation’s 50 states for total doses of vaccine administered. As of Wednesday morning, the CDC data indicates Pennsylvania has administered the first dose of the vaccine to 61.1% of the state’s entire population, resulting in a rank of ninth out of 50 for first doses administered.
Also, The CDC data indicates that as of Wednesday, 57.8% of Pennsylvanians age 18 and older are fully vaccinated while 73.7% have received their first dose.
