The weekly meeting of Take Off Pounds Sensibly #623 was held on Tuesday evening with weigh-ins at Chico’s Cafe and Bake Shoppe.
Nine members weighed in with a loss of 8 pounds. The best loser was Sue. Members are going to eat more vegetables this week.
Ami announced that there is exercise at the Senior Center on Mondays and Thursdays at 1 p.m. and invited all to attend. Kathy S. volunteered to do the program next week.
This week’s program, presented by Sue, was called Physical Activity Bingo, and members will continue that for one month.

The meeting of Take Off Pounds Sensibly #16 was held on Wednesday at The First Presbyterian Church on 54 E. Corydon St. at 2 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Leader Vickie Johnson with the TOPS and KOPS pledge.
The song was “Zipping the Pounds Away.” to the tune of “Zip-A-Dee Doo Dah.”
Recorder Carole VanSickle and Assistant Weight Recorder Barb Smead weighed in 13 members with two staying the same and four excused.
Best Loser in Waiting is Nan Stoling and Officer is Dianne Lewis.
The secretary’s report was read by Jeanne Lowe.
The Household Tip was by Chris McCracken, Healthy Tips by Elaine Harris, the Fashion Tip by Dianne Lewis and the Joke by Jeannie Miller
The Food Chart was won by Carole VanSickle. The birthday gift was won by Jeannie Lowe.
The food to avoid is mayonnaise. The fruit is cherries and the vegetable is tomatoes. Nickelodeon is sausage.
Weekly phone buddies were picked for the week.
The program was by Jamie Larson. and she read an article. A discussion followed.
The meeting was adjourned with the Friendship Circle and the TOPS Prayer.
