Both Republican candidates for the Commonwealth Court will be on the ballot in the November general election.
In McKean County, candidate Stacy Wallace garnered 4,152 votes, and candidate Drew Crompton garnered 1,601, according to the county’s unofficial results released Tuesday night.
Statewide, as of late Tuesday, Wallace had 288,553 votes, while Crompton had 279,400. Many counties had yet to report results as of The Era’s press time.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, Wallace continued on to graduate from Duquesne University Law School in 2004. She has served as a specially appointed law master and Sex Offender Registration & Notification Act (SORNA) counsel, been certified as a conflict resolution mediator, and shared her knowledge of the law as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh-Bradford and as an instructor in continuing education courses for fellow attorneys. She founded her own law practice in 2012 and is the current President of the McKean County Bar Association.
