Seven new cases of COVID-19 were reported in the region Monday.

McKean County had four new cases for a total of 3,511; Elk County had two new cases for 2,812 and Potter County had one new case for 1,080.

McKean County had 2,671 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 840 probable cases, with 68 deaths reported due to COVID-19. There have been 10,817 negative tests conducted.

Elk County has 1,544 confirmed cases of coronavirus and 1,268 probable cases. There have been 38 deaths reported. There have been 6,270 negative tests conducted.

Potter County has 937 confirmed cases and 143 probable cases of coronavirus, with 23 deaths reported. There have been 3,445 negative tests conducted.

Cameron County remains steady at 196 confirmed cases, 94 probable and eight deaths due to COVID-19. There have been 1,049 negative tests conducted.

Pennsylvania has a total of 975,044 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 183,442 probable cases. There have been 26,276 deaths due to the coronavirus and 4,413,028 negative tests conducted.

Currently, 2,151 patients remain hospitalized with coronavirus in Pennsylvania, with 484 in the Adult Intensive Care Unit and 261 on ventilators.

In McKean County, one patient is hospitalized while Potter County has six patients hospitalized with one in the ICU.

As far as vaccine administration in Pennsylvania, currently 8,684,978 vaccines have been given to Pennsylvania residents, with 3,548,102 fully vaccinated and 5,136,876 partially vaccinated.

In McKean County, 7,544 are fully vaccinated and 7,792 have received partial vaccinations. Potter County has 2,789 fully vaccinated residents and 1,193 partially vaccinated, while Elk County has 10,910 fully vaccinated and 2,100 partially vaccinated. In Cameron County, 1,517 individuals are fully vaccinated and 315 are partially vaccinated.
