There were 20 more cases of COVID-19 reported in the region as of Tuesday, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
McKean County had eight more cases for a total of 3,442, with 2,611 confirmed cases and 831 probable; Elk County also had eight more cases for a total of 2,793, 1,530 confirmed and 1,263 probable; Potter County had four more cases for 1,059, 917 confirmed and 142 probable; and Cameron County stayed at 287 cases.
Statewide, there are 960,405 confirmed and 178,985 probable cases of COVID-19, bringing the total to 1,139,390.
As of Tuesday, there were 2,448 individuals statewide hospitalized with COVID-19, with 516 adult patients in the intensive care unit and 249 on ventilators.
In McKean County, there were two patients hospitalized with COVID-19; in Elk County, two patients; and in Potter County, three patients, none of which were in intensive care or on ventilators.
In regards to vaccines, McKean County has 6,891 partially vaccinated and 7,090 fully vaccinated residents; Elk County, 2,491 partial and 10,307 full; Potter County, 1,444 partial and 2,428 full; and Cameron County, 356 partial and 1,453 full.
According to the department of health, as of Tuesday, Pennsylvania had administered 4,891,747 partial and 3,239,152 full doses of the vaccine, for a total of 8,130,899.
