COUDERSPORT — Johnsonburg presumably thought its 7-2, seventh-inning lead was safe, and enough to be victorious.

She then stole third and scored on an error to bring the Lady Falcons to within two. A few batters later, Ava Wahlers ripped a two-run single to right field to tie the game at seven.

Johnsonburg sped off to a 6-2 lead, scoring at least one run in each of the first four innings. The Lady Rams added what they had hoped to be an insurance run in the seventh inning.
