The region has seen 19 new cases of COVID-19 in three counties in our coverage area. Meanwhile, Cameron County’s case count remains steady.
McKean County has reported 10 new cases of COVID-19, for a total of 3,370. Of those, 2,549 are confirmed cases and 821 are probable. There have been 10,560 negative tests conducted and 67 deaths have been reported due to COVID-19.
Elk County has six new cases, bringing the total to 2,749 cases of COVID-19, 1,497 confirmed and 1,252 probable. There have been 6,107 negative tests conducted and 38 deaths reported.
Cameron County has 286 cases, 192 confirmed and 94 probable. There have been 1,035 negative tests conducted and seven deaths due to COVID-19.
Potter County has three new cases for a total of 1,026, 886 confirmed and 140 probable. There have been 3,373 negative tests conducted and 23 deaths due to the coronavirus.
Currently, 7,254,446 Pennsylvanians have been vaccinated; 4,425,539 have been partially vaccinated and 2,828,907 have been fully vaccinated.
In McKean County, 5,551 are partially vaccinated and 6,388 are fully vaccinated.
Cameron County has 422 partially vaccinated residents and 1,335 fully vaccinated residents. In Potter County, 685 are partially vaccinated and 1,951 are fully vaccinated.
Elk County has 2,500 partially vaccinated and 9,850 fully vaccinated residents.
